Your calendar shows the meeting in your own time zone and reminds you before it starts.

Three steps

  1. Tap Join Zoom meeting 5 minutes early and use your real name.
  2. The host posts this meeting's check-in code (4 digits) in the Zoom chat.
  3. Come back here, tap Check in and enter the code. That's it.

Check-in opens 30 minutes before the meeting and closes 3 hours after it starts.

How members and guests check in

Members

Choose your name, then enter your personal password and the check-in code. The president sends your password privately, and you can change it after signing in.

Guests

No password needed. Just your name and the check-in code. Leave your email if you'd like to hear about the next meeting.

Use our club background in meetings so everyone can see we are one club. Click an image to download (1920×1080 PNG).

How to set it: Zoom → Settings → Background & Effects → Virtual Backgrounds → + → Add Image, and choose the file. Mobile app: in a meeting tap More → Background & Effects → +. If the text looks reversed, that is only your own mirrored view — others see it correctly (you can turn off "Mirror my video").

In CapCut: import your video → Overlay → choose the PNG → stretch to fill → extend it to the whole clip. Please use the Zonta Says NO logo as supplied, without recoloring or stretching it.
